How to buy ?

1. Fill-up Buyer’s Information Sheet (BIS)

Completely fill out the form and submit together with 2 valid IDs. There are portion in the questionnaire are required to be filled out.

  • Attach 2 valid IDs (any government issued IDs) affixed with 3 specimen signatures.

  • Attach fully signed Date Privacy Consent

  • If employment tenure is below 2yrs, previous employment must be declared

2. Submission of Initial Documents

To process reservation approval, kindly provide the ff. income documents:

  • Latest Certificate of Employment with compensation

  • 3mos latest pay slip

  • Employment Verification Consent

3. Reservation Fee

Reservation payment can be process online or onsite. This will automatically hold the unit in your favor while we process the reservation approval. The details on the amount and payment methods will be provided.

4. Reservation Approval

After submission of the documents and securing reservation payment, reservation approval will be processed. This is the crucial stage as it will formalize and seal your purchase of the lot/house and lot. An email notification will be sent out with instruction on the next step of the purchase process.

5. Marketing Briefing and Compliance

To fully complete the reservation process, you will sign the reservation documents and the Orientation Requirement Checklist (ORC). Through Marketing orientation, comprehensive details about the property will be discussed as well as, financing options, documentations and processing timeline.
